Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep.” It is a state of profound stillness and peace in which the body is in
the deepest state of relaxation, yet the mind is awake. Practitioners are led through a series of techniques using body, breath, and awareness, resulting in deep physical relaxation, subtler mental states, and eventual stilling of the mind. Old reactive patterns and stresses are effortlessly dissolved, freeing the practitioner to function in life with greater clarity and inner joy

Tai Chi, 11:30 am-12:30 pm
Students will learn a graceful, 10 movement Yang style form that contains the essence of longer Tai Chi forms. John will guide students through mastering the basic movements, and then focus on the internal work which includes gathering, storing, and circulation of energy (Qi) throughout the body. . Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Learn Yang 10 - a short, easy-to-learn form which contains the essence of longer Tai Chi forms. YOGA - Strengthen, Stretch & Flow (HVHC)
11 a.m. -12 p.m (Mary)
This class combines somatics (slow, conscious isolated movements of major muscles
and joints which reprogram
the body to move fluidly), and stretch postures, along with breath, mudras, and internal focus. We will also practice classical gentle Yoga poses, mudras to specifically direct & open energy in the body, as well as flowing poses and stretches from Tao Yoga that allow energy to flow through the meridians. This gentle to moderate class, promotes flexibility, lightness, and graceful movement. Please bring a yoga mat. Appropriate
for all levels.
MAGIC OF QIGONG (HVHC)

Learn simple to practice sequences of QiGong movements, with an emphasis on balancing energy for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Suitable for all levels. $15 drop-in or use your class pass.
